Need help from community for unsupported plugin problem
-
The plugin CMS Tree Page View lets you put a treeview of pages and posts and custom post types on your dashboard. You can then drag them from one post type to another to convert them and organize them right from the dashboard. PROBLEM: I have a posts tree and a custom post type as well. I dragged a post (with its child posts) into the custom-post-type tree but only the parent post was moved and the child posts have vanished from the tree display. It turns out they are still just “posts” and never got converted into the custom post type (not a problem, I can do that manually) — the problem is that I have 16 posts and the CMT Tree View shows only 4. I have tried to uninstall the plugin and reinstall it but still the tree show 4 of my 16 posts. I have done a hard refresh and cleared my cache. I can’t figure out how to make the CMT Tree View refresh itself to mirror my actual list of posts with all 16. I’ve even tried a database cleaning plugin but still can only see 4 of my post in the tree view of the 16 I have.
This plugin is really very important for making WordPress content easy to organize. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?
