Need help geting my creation email.

  • Hello,

    So I lost forgot my password (but know the username) to my site that i host with wordpress, and have a custom domain name on. I have tried to reset it but have no idea which email its going to. I can prove that i own the site by providing a domain name transcript from go-daddy. Is there any way i can be given the creation email? Please I’m in desperate need to get back in to my account.

    I do think this is a question for a staff member because, i host the site with them and not locally or with a domain name company.

  • Have you tried using the “forgot password” option when attempting to login to WordPress? You can have a password reset link emailed to you.

    If you still remember your password to your hosting panel, you can also try looking directly into the database in the users table and see what email is listed there.

    Yes, i have but the issue is i don’t know what email i used to sign up thats what im trying to find.
