I need help. Because my www.ads-software.com site has crashed. It was dual hosted by both Inmotion and www.ads-software.com. It’s a website, not a blog site. Anyway, it has crashed completely and it appears to have done so after I took it off of Cloudflare. The DNS nameservers are now pointing to Inmotion. I took them too off of Cloudflare. Please don’t ask me to turn to Cloudflare, they have already sent me back to you. I tried Inmotion, they have already sent me back to www.ads-software.com.

So..www.ads-software.com is now my only hope. I need to talk to their support team, and this is the closest I could find to any such support. I need to know: is the website I had that we all worked so hard on, my business site, still somehow on the www.ads-software.com server? Is it still there? I need someone at www.ads-software.com to check on this for me. Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • www.ads-software.com is not a hosting service. There is no support team. This website is for the WordPress software that you download and host somewhere else. There is no www.ads-software.com server that your website is on. Did you move the website from Cloudflare to Inmotion or just point the domain? The website is a folder full of files and a database. If you did not move both, your website is gone.

Your site definitely points to inmotion hosting, so checking with their tech support might be a good dea.

I see “Error establishing a database connection” when I try to connect to your site.

The first thing to do is to look at your wp-config.php file and make sure the DB_ defines match up to the database info provided by your host.
