    I am very sorry to inform you that at this moment we don’t have any support for the Certificate Customizer plugin. We have introduced our new addon the Certificate Builder.

    i have certificate builder installed … but still in some courses default certi is coming without any customization students are complaing

    Based on WordPress support guideline we are not allowed to offer support for certificate builder plugin in here as this is a pro plugin feature. Please write to support at themeum dot com along with your order number. We will then follow up accordingly.
