Need help in picking the best WPress Blog Theme

I want to use a wordpress blog site as the main hub for my consulting biz.

I would like to list my services for small biz owners on the front page, however is there any way to keep my list of services on the front page while still giving people the ability to post comments, articles, videos etc below?

In essence I want to make sure when someone lands my blogpage I want
my consulting services to always show up on the front page and then give
small biz owners the ability to post comments or let me showcase a business owner successfully using web 2.0 strategies Video, email marketing etc.

Is there a specific blog theme that can accomplish this? I’ve heard of people using a “static blog page” to make it appear more like a regular website but I don’t know if a static blog page gives the ability for people to post comments or showcase videos etc. I want to make sure I still retain the ability i.e. post comments, embedd video etc, on my blog site to make it interactive while still having my services listed front and center.

Any thoughts appreciated.
