NEED HELP IN WORDPRESS MEDIA ATTACHMENTS

As i have attached excel file in my course lessons it is getting downloaded as a txt file i have uploaded it as an excel file but still.
Even in media files when i try to open that attachment url it is opening in browser instead of downloading https://skillfine.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/SKILLFINE-Basic-Excel-Functions.xlsx
can someone help please?
