need help installing my template im new to this thanks

  • please help me install my template that i purchased online to wordpress through my website.. i do not know where to start.. thanks

  • Go to Dashboard. Click on Appearance > Add New Themes. In panel, click on link “Upload”. In next panel, browse for the zipped WordPress theme you purchased, then when you find it, click “Install Now” button.

    Note: You should look for the readme.txt or theme author’s instructions online re further theme configurations or options or required plugins.

    it asks to upload it with the .zip file and i did but now it comes up some error . i also unzipped it but when i try to open the folder it has many folders within it and i cannot choose it as a whole .i am so confused help me

    and now it is saying Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Try to re-upload theme via FTP or cpanel then – https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Themes#Using_Themes
