Need Help Installing Optimize Press in Bluehost WordPress admin

  • Hi I need help increasing the upload limit so i can install the optimize 2.0 theme..

    As of right now its set to only 10 mb.. heres directions from the bluehost help center..

    I need this done tonight if possible..
