NEED HELP: Lost Everything

  • My WordPress automatically updated yesterday and I lost everything on my site. Any way to retrieve?

  • What did you lose? Customizations you’ve made in the code, or all your content (posts, pages, etc.)?

    Normally, when WordPress updates, content is never lost.

    Does your host make automatic backups?

    Hello there,

    In wordpress updation you never lose pages, posts or media. Only the changes you have made in php files and css might be lost.

    If you have taken the backup of files and database you can retrieve it from there.
