Need Help…, My blog is DOWN

One of my blogs is DOWN…,
I’m very concerned!
What have I done:

I wannit to deactivate some plugins…,
at that moment, when they should be deactivated my blog went down …,
Now I’m getting the message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on a non-object in /home/www/my domain/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 152

Hmmmm…,
Does any one hav any ideas?
What came to my mind is that I could undo my deactivation, but how could I do that without doin it through Admin site…?
How can i do that just through the code?
