• Hi, All

I have a website fiestabounce .com

and it has been running great for 2 years.

Yesterday my slider stopped loading and was stuck in a “buffering” state for hours and hours so I (unfortunatly) started fiddling with it in a failed attempt to fix the problem

I ended up deleting all of the pictures on my slider (it flipped through about 8 pictures every few seconds)

and adding one back and I got the slider to work but now there is a large black line on the bottom of it.
I also udpated the theme and out this morning google sent me an email stating they found a whole bunch of erros (.php) related on the site.

Is there any way to fix my site without starting over?
I remember there was a way (cloud??) to make the site go back to a earlier version.
Can I do that with everything on my site all at once? maybe from about a week ago, (slider, updates, plugins, .php files, header, footer..etc.

Make the entire site go back to the way it used to be ??

  • Ask your host if they have a backup for your site.

Most of your data is on the database. Unless that becomes corrupted you won’t have to start over.

    Can you post a url?

    Sure it’s fiestabounce.com

If bluehost has a backup what do I do? How can I put the previous version back?

Ask them to roll you back.

That is probably because the image is not the correct size.

    I also udpated the theme

Your should also contact the theme developers.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Your support would be at
