Need help on Conversations in Caring page

My site is https://www.caringisorganic.com. This is my second request. I have two problems on the page labelled Conversations in Caring. Please open the first title Caring For Parents. It has two or three comments to illustrate my problem. – At the end of each comment is the word reply. Clicking reply opens a Share Your Thoughts window. There is already a Share Your Thoughts window at the bottom of the page. I’d like to keep only that Share Your Thoughts window and eliminate the other reply windows. It’s too confusing for people who are posting. How can I do this?

2): The pages of Conversations in Caring are marked as sidebar pages. I’d like the first page in particular to be a side bar page (as it is set up). I’d like the other sub pages can be showcase. My primary problem is that it’s set up for sidebar and it shows that way when I use the View Page tab. However, when I open the site on the web browser, it comes out as showcase not sidebar. I’d like the sidebar to show on the first page of Conversations in Caring as it has an instruction for the subscriber.
