Reader feedback plugin

  • I want to create a website where various authors will post their stories and photographers will post photos. Then storiyon writers will write stories choosing photos from collection or photographers can post photos based on stories. Then they will be tagged togather in a form like stories in inshorts website. Readers will just get to read stories. Give feedback and rate them. I need five different views.
    1. Readers view – read stories from different genre, give
    feedback, share and take part in polls.
    2. Photographers view- post pics. See new stories which are not yet published, choose a story and tagged photo of their own to a story. See how many photos of them has been already published in various stories. See income.
    3. Story writers view- post stories. See new pics which are not yet published, choose a pic and tag story of their own to a pic. See how many stories of them has been already published in various genre. See income. And comment.
    4. Moderator: who decides which story to publish and can change any pic tagged to the story. Event can request alteration in story. Once moderator accepts a story and pic combination, it will automatically be published for readers.
    5. Admin.

    I need help regarding which plugin and templates to use. Any other support and suggestion will be of great help.
