Need help on woocommerce activation fatal error

I have a fresh installation of WordPress without any active plugin, but for the default twenty theme been the only active theme active too. I installed the latest woocommerce plugin, installed it successfully but shows “FATAL ERROR. interface ‘JsonSerializable’ not found in C:\wamp\www\ck\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\includes\class-wc-meta-data.php on line 21. whenever I want to activate woocommerce. this similar issue happens during activation of Dokan plugin. please help out. regards. my php is 5.3
