    Dear moto7198712,

    Could you be more specific, please?
    It will be great if you provide an example of the result you want to achieve.

    Thanks

    The thumbnail picture does it have to be in the gallery or can it somehow be removed

    Dear moto7198712,

    If you don’t want the first thumbnail to be displayed as a preview of the project, please, try to add another image to the main one. In the screenshot, the highlighted large rectangle is the preview image (this one: https://ibb.co/cDmmNw) and the small one is the thumbnail (this one:https://ibb.co/k4DpaG). Here is the screenshot: https://prntscr.com/hjpgza

    Please, let us know if that is what you were looking for.
    We will wait for your feedback.

    Thanks

    Dear moto7198712,

    Could you, please, try to
    1) deactivate/activate the plugin and clear cache files
    2) deactivate all your plugins and check if the portfolio displays
    3) remove the shortcode from the page and add it to the page again

    We will wait for your results.

    Thanks

    Hey thanks i tried all of that and i found out that it is now clashing with my theme template plugin which uses this plugin TL Layers Handyman Plugin but it was working with it before update with no issuesthanks again for everything

    Dear moto7198712,

    That means that your theme styles are influencing the plugin’s functionality.
    The problem may not appear before because in every update we are applying new codes and scripts which can later cause a conflict with the theme. This problem may emerge when updating the theme as well.

    However, if you wish we can have a look if the problem can be fixed at our end.

    Thanks

    Thanks yes please my customer loves your plugin and doesn’t want to get rid of it or is there anyway to remove the plugin completely and reinstall the older version ? Thank you again for your help

    Dear moto7198712,

    Thank you very much for your interest in our plugin.
    Will it be possible to provide a link to your website where we can check the issue for providing further instructions?
    By the way, you can install the previous version of the plugin from this link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/portfolio-gallery/advanced/

    Scroll down and select the version of plugin you want to install: https://prntscr.com/hmcdho

    Thanks

    Yea sure the link is https://primepossibilitiesllc.com I disabled it for now I will enable the plugin I tried to remove it but Everytime I reinstall it the information is still there I think it needs a full fresh install I think something got corrupt during update because all I get is the spinning color wheel

    Dear moto7198712,

    Thank you very much for the link. Seems that it will help us to resolve the issue without removing the plugin and adding an old version of it.

    If you press F12 you will see some errors in your console: https://prntscr.com/hmudwq
    The (index):513 Uncaught ReferenceError: layers_masonry_settings is not defined error probably comes from your theme and it blocks all our scripts.

    The error is in this script:
    jQuery(function ($) {
    “use strict”;
    layers_masonry_settings[‘layers-widget-tl_column-6’] = [{
    itemSelector: ‘.layers-masonry-column’,
    layoutMode: ‘masonry’,
    gutter: 20 }];
    $(‘#layers-widget-tl_column-6’).find(‘.list-masonry’).layers_masonry(layers_masonry_settings[‘layers-widget-tl_column-6’][0]);
    });

    In order to get rid of this problem you need to apply one of these solutions:

    1) remove “use strict”
    2) or write var layers_masonry_settings[‘layers-widget-tl_column-6’] before layers_masonry_settings

    This should fix the issue, in any case, you can consult with your theme’s support team for checking this at their and too.

    We will wait for your results.

    Thanks
