Need help quickly please – Password issue, login page shakes when I try

OK, I was signed into my admin area trying to figure out why my images won’t work since upgrading to 3.0. I went to disable the plugin PicApp because it is an image related plugin. Then I clicked to activate it network wide so I can then deactivate it network wide to be sure it isn’t active anywhere.

When I clicked to reactivate it network wide I was sent to my login page. I went ahead and signed in but it said I had the wrong password. Then I tried again, this time as it told me I had the wrong password the username and password box area shook from side to side, almost as if it was shaking its head no at me. I reset password, went to sign in and it worked. Then the first thing I clicked it sent me to the login page again and repeated the password error message and the shaking.

Does anyone know what’s going on here? Please help.
