    Troubleshooting Steps

    Before asking for supports, particularly when experiencing unexpected behaviour, we highly recommend you take these steps:

    1. Test for conflicting plugins. Install WP Safe Mode and see if the problem goes away with Safe Mode enabled and only Events Manager active along with a default WP theme.
    2. Ensure you have installed the latest updates, your problem may have already been resolved.
    3. Do a quick search/scan to see if others are having similar problems as you, a solution may have already been provided.

    When opening a new ticket, please provide the following information if possible/relevant:

    • Confirm you have tested with WP Safe Mode enabled.
    • Confirm the version of WP, EM and other relevant add-ons of ours.
    • Provide a link to the page with an issue.
    • Any steps necessary to reproduce.

    The more information we have, particularly with bugs, the faster we can reproduce it on our own test sites and provide a solution. Thanks for your patience/understanding!

    Support Policy

    Please bear in mind that this is a free support forum. We would like to provide a level of support similar to our Pro add-ons support policy, and whilst we’ll do what we can to help, there are a few limitations:

    • Response times are longer, we aim to reply to threads once a day during weekdays, if our premium support commitments allow it.
    • Providing small custom code snippets is generally not something we will be able to help with.
    • We are unable to request login details from you, according to www.ads-software.com forum guidelines

    To make it easier to track ongoing issues, we will resolve threads without follow-up, you can always un-resolve the issue and update us on the thread to take another look.
