Need help regarding pincode setup

Thanks for your great plugin. i need help regarding the pincode setup.
My requirement:

1. For Postcode 600126 shipping cost is free.
2. For Postcode 600127 shipping cost is 20.
3. For postcode 600128 to 600130 shipping cost is 50.

Is it right?

600126:0
600127:20
600126-600131:50
