To hide tags from single post:

.postsloop .singletags {
	display: none;
}

To hide category from front page:

.gridpostloop .postsloop .categoryurl {
	display: none;
}

It will give little padding to content:

.postsloop .entry-content, .widget_sidebar_main {
	padding: 10px;
}

You can add above css, Here: Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
