need help setting up FTP feature

    i have been trying to use the FTP feature since long. but i am not able to get it working. i keep getting errors. please help me setup this feature.
    this is the error i am getting atm

    Hi, rockyyy. This is a problem with your user name.

    If you are using IIS on the FTP host, try to add information about the domain were the user is (DOMAIN\user). If it’s a local user, the domain is the name of your machine.

    thanks for the reply. i am using IIS on the FTP Host. But its not a local user. i fixed the login issue.but now i am getting this error
