Need help to set title and meta title

    Hello everybody,

    I need a little help, I have checked in a lot of forum/web site to find an answer but I found nothing.
    I am working with WooCommerce and I would like to write a short product name (ex:Safran) and I would like a meta title more longer as requested for a good SEO (ex:Safran from Ardennes-les découvertes gourmandes).
    Is it possible to do that and how? For information I don’t know how to use the code.

  • Hi,

    It is not possible to write a longer meta description and get good SEO. Google fixes the meta description based on pixel width. Yoast calculates your meta description and if you go over it, gives you a red bar indicating it is too long.

    If you go with this longer meta description, Google will just cut it off so your target audience will not see it.

    We suggest staying within the green bar when you write a meta description.
