Need help to transfer stats, subscribers and post likes to new domain

Hello,

I’m using Jetpack on https://chandrapatel.in site. Now I’ve updated domain to https://chandra.dev. I need your help to transfer stats, subscribers, and post likes on new domain if possible.

I’m using https://chandrapatel.in site also but for other purpose. Once above issue resolved, then will perform new connection on chandrapatel.in site.
