Need Help with 404 Error on Specific Page

    I don’t know what just happen, my contact page was working normally but its been 24 hours and I can’t access my contact page I tried to update it but still not working.
    Can someone help me with this issue?

    Are you using a plugin for this feature of contact form?

    If so, first off, try updating it.

    It’s giving me a 500 error. So, look in your server’s error logs to see what the error might be. You may need to ask your host how to do that.

    Yes, now after enabling and disabling Ninja Forms I am getting 500 error.
