Need help with an error

I just uploaded some changes in my wp-content directory and now when I try to go to site admin my browser goes to blog/wp-admin/ and I get this error message:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /usr/home/visitor/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-contactform.php on line 83

Can you help me fix this so I can enter admin? I tried to find the line in Notepad using the GoTo command but I still couldn’t find the line.
