need help with booking website

I dont know what kind of wordpress but I need help with booking quote
all I need 3 different booking integrated google map adress api..
they do not have to book but they can submit as reservation without payment we or client call with CC INFO after sibmit form as just Price quote or reservation

drop down box unless they need to add enter more data

time airline flight no for round trip form will show longer like pick and chose from drop down box
