• Wondering if someone could help me fix a calculation on a sellers net sheet form here https://kornerbiz.biz.ht/contact/. It’s made with gravity forms. On the form the commission(percent), and concessions(percent) should be a percent value not a dollar value, and the net to seller amount isn’t adding up to the right amount.

    For instance the total net to seller for purchase price $128,000, that has the commission at 6 percent, transaction fee at $295, closing fee at $395, concessions(percent) at $0, is suppose to come to $117,790.72 net to seller.

    I think there must be just a simple calculation that’s off somewhere. Maybe somebody could help me with this.
