Need help with Code for link in a Gravity Form

I’m having trouble getting a link to appear correctly.
I’m using the following code in a Gravity Form CheckBox field:
By checking this box and submitting this form you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to our [popup url=”https://www.hanovermc.com/transmission-disclaimer”%5DPrivacy Policy & Terms of Service.[/popup]

This is how it should look:

By checking this box and submitting this form you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy & Terms of Service.

The text “Privacy Policy & Terms of Service” is to be hyperlinked to a pop-up box upon a click.

Can you help provide the correct code?
