Need help with Facebook standard event

Hi guys,
I added a “Complete Registration” Facebook tracking code to WordPress using “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin. Afterwards, I wanted to remove it so I deleted the code in “Insert Headers and Footers” and saved. However, it is still being tracked by Facebook (see screenshot). I can’t find a way to complete remove it. Please help.
