Need help with Hooks next to Author name

  • Hello,

    I want to show an affiliate disclosure text with a link in it. As I do not know php much, I need help.

    Basically, I would like to show a text – Affiliate Disclosure next to Published Date and Author Meta in Single Post. I created a child theme to add the hooks. Here is the exact preview of what I need.
