Need help with how to export data

    I’ve added some custom fields using your WooCommerce Checkout Manager. I cannot figure out how your export stuff works. I currently have 4 sandbox test in my staging site. When I try your export function I’ve tried Export All on both billing and additional fields (not using shipping) and I don’t seem to understand the settings. How can I simply export all data collected at once no matter what field? What settings must I use to get my data out consistently?

    I actually got so frustrated with it I installed a plugin that let’s me easily one-click export. HOWEVER… it doesn’t see your additional fields which we need to access.

    It would be helpful if someone could respond to this. I’m looking at having to purchase another plugin in order to export data unless someone can help me figure out how to use this one. Thanks.
