need help with invalid user name error

Hi team,

Today I just checked that my site is getting an error on pressing login with otp after entering mobile number in the field. The error stating invalid username and password stays for 3-4 seconds and then the otp validating form shows up.
Please try to fix it as we want to provide flawless user experience to our customer and your services are perfect so we don’t want to move or look for any other provider.
