Need help with label, tooltip

instead of tooltip how can we get the variation name after attribute label when hovered and selected. For example, the attribute name is Color and items are blue, green, etc. Currently, the attribute name is above color swatches, and when I hover on color swatches tooltip shows up and the color name is visible. But I need like this when selected or hovered instead of tooltip I need the variation name after attribute name like Color: Blue when the blue swatch is hovered or selected, Color: green when green hovered or selected, etc
