Need help with meta tag box

Hi,

Pls I need help in positioning the meta data box. I mean the box that contains the author of the post, tag, category, time and date the post was published.

On my blog, this box usually appears at the end of post but I want to place it on top of post, right under the title of the post. You can check my blog out here to see what I’m talking about: https://www.NaijaCyberJobs.com.

And again, the ‘subscribe to comment’ and the ‘share button’ that is showing on the front page are not suppose to be there. I want them on a single page.

Pls which code do I edit?
