Need Help With Misc Stuff

I am working on my websites design and I am not very good at coding so if you can point me in the right direction for the following that would be great.

I want the font color changed to color that is eye catching yet readable, what color would flow and how do I change it?

How can I bring the navibar flush to the content area?

can I add logos to the header area under the banner advertisement in a line horizationally across for my twitter, facebook and myspace and to subrsibe to the RSS (remove the one at the top along with the date)

The footer area seems soooooooo can I shorten it up? same for the area just above the content. maybe bring the sidebar up a few notches ?

How can I add the video of the week area /player where I can embed youtube videos.

change the footer image to something else? Can I bring it flush againest the content area?
