need help with my blog, i,m LOST

i purchase this blog about a week ago
but since i had hosted i don’t know how to config it
to the way it was before i bought it
the site is https://www.projectfatloss.com
before i bought the site it had an imaged link
on the front page for a clickbank product
it also had an image for 10 weight loss tips
where you would signup and get the tips via download and that doesn’t even work, i don’t want this on another page
can someone help on this?
the former owner won’t help me at all
