Edit my WordPress site

  • Hi, I am having a few issues, within my posts on my website, some of the links are not working. How do I fix that? Also I want to remove www.ads-software.com and add copyright information, any suggestions how to do it with JAWS? Someone suggested me to use 2013 theme and that is what I have.

    actually @abletec read the first sentence from @bookworm83 … he says some pages are not loading.. that could easily be a permalinks issue.

    @abletec is correct, this forum is specifically for either adaptive technology users who are having trouble using WordPress, or for product designers/developers who wish to make their product or website accessible to users of adaptive technology or who have a disability that makes accessibility considerations a necessity. Jackie, (@abletec), spends a significant amount of her time in the support forums and is part of the WordPress Support Team, so she’s more than capable of judging where this thread belongs and probably knows more about the support forums and how they are organized and operate, (excepting the moderators), than anyone else posting on this thread, including myself.

    Amanda, I was absolutely not questioning where the thread belongs. I too spend a significant amount of my time reading the forums here at wp.org. All I was saying is that @bookworm83 had two problems…. one was the permalinks issue the other was the screen reader issue.

    I have seen this issue on other sites… and i do not use a screen reader. In my experience it is either a non-issue or a permalink issue. ??

    @arush, @abletec, To clarify, someone tried to hijack this thread. @binarywc accidentally thought that this person was the OP, but we highlighted this soon after. This is all there is to it. The hijacker’s posts have been deleted and are only visible to moderators, so that might be why you are not seeing the full story. Anyway, we should not focus the thread on this.
