need help with online store theme

Hi, I downloaded this theme shopstar for my clothing business. I need guidance to set this theme. I am not able to set it. First of all, I want to know that I want the women clothing section in my primary menu which will be the parent menu of other products. Should I add Women section as a Page or Product Category?
