    Hi villeplutt,
Greetings. Hope you are doing well.

It seems like a caching issue. Can you please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to your WordPress?Dashboard -> Essential Addons?then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot:?https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from?Dashboard -> Elementor -> Tools -> General?as well. Check out this screenshot:?https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d

If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.

Let me know how it goes. I am here to assist you further.
    Thank you.

    Hi?villeplutt,

Greetings. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. Upon checking your query, there appears to be a ‘Failed to load the resource‘ issue with Essential Addons and Elementor. You can review the details here: https://d.pr/v/ro6RNE.

Could you please reinstall both plugins (Elementor and Essential Addons) by following the procedure below: Deactivate > Delete > Install again > Activate. After doing so, Please follow the procedure mentioned above.

Please let us know how it goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
    Thank you.

    Hello again @villeplutt,

    Extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

After conducting a thorough investigation of your site, ecocharge-us.com, we can also see that not all resources have been properly transferred during the migration process. To provide you with a clearer understanding of the situation, we have created an inspection video, which you can view here : https://d.pr/v/z0wftm

Upon reviewing the video, it becomes clear that essential resources such as CSS, images, and even your logo are missing from your current server directory. Additionally, some image source URLs are pointing to a CDN/Cache directory that lacks the correct content or is entirely missing.

To address this issue, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Purge Cache and Disable CDN/Cache: Start by purging the cache on your original site and disabling the CDN/Cache to ensure that all content loads directly from your current site. After Purging Please regenerate the assets of Essential Addons As previously mentioned

    2. SSL Verification: Verify that both your original site and the new site have SSL certificates generated properly to prevent any complications.

    3. Migration Process: Once the above steps are completed, initiate the migration process again. This time, all necessary files should transfer correctly, resolving the current issue.

We understand the frustration this may have caused and assure you that taking these steps should help resolve the problem.

Please let us know if you encounter any difficulties during this process, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you further.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Pial

    Hello again,

I understand that navigating these technical aspects can be overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the process. I’m here to guide you through the resolution steps in a more detailed manner. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Purge Cache and Disable CDN/Cache

    • Purging Cache:
    • Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
    • Navigate to your caching plugin settings (this may vary based on the plugin you’re using).
    • Look for an option to “Purge” or “Clear” cache and click on it. and then Deactivate it.
    • Disable CDN/Cache:
    • If you’re using a CDN service, log in to your CDN provider’s dashboard.
    • Locate the option to disable or turn off the CDN.
    • Save the changes.

    Step 2: SSL Verification

    • Check SSL on Your Original Site:
    • Visit your original site (the one you migrated from) and ensure that it is loading with “https:” instead of “http:”.
    • If needed, consult your hosting provider’s documentation on SSL setup.
    • Check SSL on New Site:
    • Similarly, visit your new site (ecocharge-us.com) and verify that it is also loading with “https:”.

    Step 3: Migration Process

    • Backup:
    • Before starting the migration process again, it’s crucial to create a backup of your current site. You can use a backup plugin or consult your hosting provider on how to perform a backup.
    • Initiate Migration:
    • If you’re using a migration plugin, follow the plugin’s instructions for initiating the migration process.
    • Ensure that all data, including images, CSS, and the logo, is being transferred successfully.
    • Monitor Progress:
    • During the migration, keep an eye on the progress and check for any error messages. Most migration plugins provide real-time feedback.

Note: To Backup and Migrate you can also check this All-in-One WP Migration Plugin & for help regarding this Plugin you check this documents here

    • Verify Content on New Site:
    • After migration, check your new site to confirm that all content is displaying correctly.

Hopefully it will solve your issue.

    Best regards,
    Pial
