Need HELP with PHP password reset!!!

  • The guy who set helped setup my site is no longer a part of the business and left, along with the admin password. I need make changes to the site immediately but am unable to do so as he is the administrator.

    I understand that I have to go in phpmyadmin database to reset user name and password,

    However the problem is that i am very computer illiterate and unable to do the process myself.

    Is anybody willing to please help me out in resetting the Admin username and password? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to be able to make immediate updates in order to keep in business.
