Need help with publishing info for articles!

I think i confused some of you with my original post, so i made it more apparent that I need help.

Ok, I am a noob at this so don’t go crazy with me yet. I visit this site on a regular basis, https://www.majornelson.com, and I noticed something on his site that I was wondering if any of you could help me put on mine. Under each post it says this:

Where it shows the date, time, when it was last posted ( which updates every minute that the page is reloaded), and the author who posted it. I’m sure it has to be a script because he wouldn’t manually update the time by himself each minute.

Can any of you out there help me with this question, such as point me to a script or plugin that could do this? Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thank you.
