Need help with shortcode formulation

    Hi,

    i’m trying to display différent categories of files (briefs, pdfs, bills, etc) on different pages, using shortcode formulations. So far i got this, but obviously it doesn’t work ?? :

    [customer-area-protected-content type=”cuar_private_page”
    taxonomy=”cuar_private_page_category”
    terms=”30″
    show=”owned”]

    Can you tell me what i’m doing wrong ?

    Have you tried that:

    [customer-area-protected-content type="cuar_private_file"
taxonomy="cuar_private_file_category"
terms="30"
show="owned"]

    ?

    Did you read the documentation about shortcodes on our website?

    Hi,

    thanks for your quick answer.
    yes i tried that, and red the documentation the best i could ! ??
    but i got it : it has to be used on cuar pages models only, and i was using it on a classic divi page.
