I am needing help with removing the side bar on a particular page.
My site is running buddypress and I have a registration template in my child themes dir and it works as it should. what i am wanting to do is remove the sidebars from that registration page so that it is just a single page. I have not had any luck with achieving this.
Any ideas on how to do this would be very helpful.
    Thanks

Hi glhs958. You can remove the theme sidebars by editing the specific page and, below the editor, selecting the full page layout in the Page Options > Layout section.

yea i have tried that before with no success, and just for kicks tried it again with no success.

Then my guess is there must be something in BuddyPress that’s overriding or conflicting with the theme options.

yea that is what I been thinking and trying to figure it out. I was hoping someone might have ran into this issue already and could just point me in the correct direction. I will keep looking and maybe come up with the solution.

bdbrown Thanks for making me think again. I managed to figure it out and correct my activate and registration pages so the side bar does not appear. I found what I was looking for here if anyone else wants to try to do the same.
