Need help with Star Ratings

Hello,
I’m using the Star Ratings plugin. It was all right till some time ago. The stars just disappeared. There is a space for them and a rating in numbers underneath this space, but no stars. People can mistakenly click there, thinking it’s empty, but that counts to the rating. (Here’s how it looks: https://prntscr.com/qbkioh)
And that’s not only with one article but with the whole website (https://hikezone.org/).
How can I fix that? Thanks.
