I am stuck with an error that occurs whenever someone tries to subscribe using the form we provided through EmailSubscribers. The form is displayed as a widget. The message that is displayed on the page is “unexpected error occurred”

The error seems to happen only for certain users (who contacted us, so we are aware of the problem). I’m not sure what else to try or how I should go about resolving the issue.

Your assistance is very much appreciated. Please let me know how I can help to assist debugging efforts. The version we’re using the latest one, 4.2.4.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Do you use any caching plugin on your WordPress setup?

Hi, apologies for the late response.

No, there is no caching plugin enabled on the site.

Currently installed is Email Subscribers & Newsletters, Easy WP SMTP, Header and Footer scripts, Google XML Sitemaps and Wordfence

Just want to update you that we have fixed the issue and released a new version of ES (4.3.3).

Please check and let us know how it goes.
