    Hi
I’m using Woocommerce and Storefront. I’m almost at a point of going live with my website but am now stuck on shipping zones.
I want to create a free shipping zone just for the suburb I live in. Unfortunately, the postal code area is too wide so I can’t use that. Is it possible to set a conditional area for an address or something like that just for this suburb? If so, any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks so much in advance!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Right out of the box, the smallest vicinity WooCommerce core could restrict to is at the zip/postal code level. Limiting free shipping to a street address or conditional area would require further customizations.

I tried looking for a plugin on the market that could do this, but I wasn’t able to locate one. It looks like this has been done by other users, but they used a PHP snippet: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/free-shipping-for-specific-street-address/

Because this would require more complex development, I’ll go ahead and leave this thread open for a while in case anyone else wants to chime in, but in the meantime, I can also recommend the following resources for more development-oriented questions:

    – WooCommerce Slack Community: https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/
    – Advanced WooCommerce group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/

If you’d like to hire for customization help, you can request a quote here: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Hope this helps!
