Need help with Woocommerce + Telegram help channel

After a month to setup our website with Kivicare Pro we realized Woocommerce is only compatible when used with blocks.

When used with shortcode the design breaks.

The problem is Woocommerce with blocks does not support all payment gateways and can not be customized. So in Latin America we use it with shortcode because the main payment gateway is not supported with blocks.

We worked very hard in this project and now, after 95% of the work was done we are just realizing we can not use Kivicare in South America.

Our team will evaluate if we leave a broken checkout page design, or if we request a refund and migrate to a different plugin to start from 0.

Kivicare is very nice, I like it a lot over its competitors but we cant work if we cant receive payments. The support is also good, they answer everyday, they even logged into my site and fixed some things immediately, but because of the timing difference when we request support regarding Woocommerce they send back questions, we answer, they reply back and it takes us 24 hours to exchange two sentences.
