Need Help with Zerif-Lite child theme Responsive Boat

I absolutely love the child theme from Zerif-lite “ResponsiveBoat” I want to use it exactly the way it is designed. I’ve been able to customize the design the way I want it, but I can’t remove the words “Sample Page ” off the menu bar. I tried renaming the page but the words do not change or go away. How do I change this?
