    I need info regarding the addon (Advanced Reporting) to inquire whether it provides more information about visitors. Because currently this is showing limited device models other one is showing “unknown”.

    Hi @waseemzahid,

    At the moment, we’re using a third-party library called WhichBrowser for device detection, but it has some limitations.

    Our team is currently working on a new detection system that will be included in version 14.11, which is scheduled for release in the next few days. This update will resolve the device detection issue.

    Hi Matthew,
    In this update we can get all the mobile device models name currently this is just showing mobile devices models of (iPhone and Samsung Galaxy) and other one is showing “Unknown”?

    I’m happy to share that the new detection system we have implemented can identify nearly all device models.
