Need Inline Uploader Hack

I need to know how to modify the inline uploading and/or database to do the following:

Change thumbnail output to 100px high
Change thumbnail suffix from current ‘.thumbnail’ to ‘-thumb’.

I’ve looked at plugins – but this is all I need to do, does anyone know where I can modify this function to make these two simple changes?
