Need inspiration how I can create a product catalog without shop function?

  • Hi to all,
    I hope somebody can give me hint and help.
    I would like to create a page with products.
    I don’t need a shop/buy/order function.
    It would be great if I can create a product page like this:
    https://www.jackfilter.at/de/produkte
    https://www.jackfilter.at/de/produkte/luft-und-klimatechnik

    On the left side are the list of categories and on the right side you see the different products with photos from the categories.
    If I click a product it would show the short info with a photo.
    I would like that look in same style. The products with tile photos and the List expand if I click a category. I hope you understand.

    How I can create this in WordPress, maybe with a plugin?
    I would pay for a plugin, that’s not the point.
    I think that Woocommerce could be overblowed.
    What do you think?
